The Deakin Law Students Society (DLSS) is the largest and most established student society at Deakin University, with over 500 student members across both Burwood and Geelong.

We provide a full calendar of academic competitions and career based events, including Moot Courts, networking evenings and practical legal training seminars. In keeping with our motto “on the way to the bar”, we also provide some of Deakin’s most popular social events, including the annual Law Ball and Pub Crawl, whilst promoting Deakin’s law graduates to successfully merge into the legal fraternity and beyond.

Check out our website for all the latest news on competitions, functions and our career development initiatives.
