The Aurora Internship Program supports students and graduates in their professional development by providing experiences and opportunities, and simultaneously strengthening the relationship between Indigenous and non-Indigenous recruits.
The program offers students a ‘foot in the door’ to some great career opportunities, while also providing much needed held to organisations that need it.
Interns will be provided with funding to cover their daily living expenses, as well as travel and accommodation for placements that occur away from home.
The internships are spread all over Australia, and all have an Indigenous focus working in the area of advocacy, community development, environmental policy, human rights, land rights, native title, policy development, public health, social justice and social welfare.
This internship is not limited to law students, so send your friends links, do some research and get excited to help the community and your own legal career!
UniHub is supporting this program, check it out here.
