Melbourne school of Government research – participants wanted
The Melbourne school of Government are looking for volunteers to participate in a research project called ‘Renewing Australian Federalism.’
This project would involve participants taking part in a citizen jury-style discussions about potential reforms to the Australian federation. Adult volunteers are needed to discuss their views about the federation between the national Government and the states.
This is a great opportunity for anyone seeking a greater insight into Government reform and exposure to key legal issues affecting our country. No expertise is necessary as the groups are meant to be representatives of the community.
The sessions will last three hours at Melbourne University on either Friday or Saturday the 4th or 5th of December. As a token of appreciation, a $60 gift voucher will be provided to volunteers for their assistance.
You will find more information about this project at: http://government.unimelb.edu.au/renewing-federalism
